Q: What will happen to my accepted abstract?

A: Accepted abstracts with confirmed registrations are accepted and automatically transferred to the 2021 programme dates

 

Q: I’m a submitting author (not presenter) and I need to cancel my registration – what will happen to my accepted abstract?

A: Abstracts from submitting authors that cancel their registration are automatically transferred to registered presenting author. In this case the presenting author will be considered the submitting author (corresponding author)

 

Q: I am the submitter of an accepted abstract and my presenter will not be able to register – what should I do?

A: Abstracts from submitting authors that cancel their registration are automatically withdrawn from the congress unless a co-author is indicated as the new presenting author – registration must be complete before the new deadline for author registration – February 15th 2021

 

Q: My abstract was accepted but I have not registered yet – what should I do?

A: Submitting Authors who have not registered or paid their registration may register from now up to the new Authors Registration Deadline: 15th February 2021

 

Q: My abstract was accepted but I need to cancel my registration?

A: Your abstract will be removed from the congress programme. You will be able to resubmit your abstract on the 2nd Call for Abstracts, which will be subject to a new evaluation.

 

Q: My abstract has been accepted – can I update it?

A: Yes, accepted abstracts can be updated from September 1st but will be subject to a new evaluation.
